Canada is a well developed country where it contains lots of features and amenities for people. Now, Canada become one of the latest country for imposing the anti-subsidy as well as anti-dumping for the solar imports of Chinese.

 

 

The CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) revealed the preliminary duties on last week and it ranges from about 25.7% - 286.1% for the manufacturers of solar equipment. This duty also comes after the CITT (Canadian International Trade Tribunal) where they announced last month about the equipment that is they had identified the lot of evidence of subsidies and dumping of thin-film and Chinese crystalline of solar panels as well as the components imported in any part of the country. Moreover, the CITT also inquiry to the Chinese in order to trigger the complaint in 2014 with four companies and they are Eclipsall, Silfab, Helene and Solgate to allege both dumping as well as subsides.

 

 

 

 

The CSBA said the dumping margin will range only from 9% to 200% where the subsidy margins is from 0.4% to 84.1% based on export prices. However the duties are mainly applied to all companied and it namely as CBSA so they respond to all the alleged subsidisation and dumping as follows;

  • Canadian Solar of 174.2%

  • Hanwha SolarOne about 103.3%

  • Jinko Solar of 111.8%

  • JA Solar with 50.6%

  • ReneSola for 9.14%

  • Wuxi Suntech is about 202.5%

  • Wuxi Taichen is 27.7%

  • Zhejang Jinko Solar for 115.9%

  • Other exporters of 286.1%

     

The CSBA’s determination separates the CITT in order to hold all the full inquiry. The inquiry is fully used to determine the caused of injury by using the practices where this was identified only by the CBSA.

Depends on the Canadian solor where the trade body is fully fascinated by the chainsaw because they undergone all the preliminaryduties but it was issued by a team of CBSA to change the final ruling. The issue was taken on July 3 by CBSA team.
